At CellPhellow™, we believe in giving materials a second life and creativity a chance to shine. Each CellPhellow is individually handmade, often using reclaimed materials. No two are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes yours special.
Final Sale on Handmade Products
Because each CellPhellow is unique, purchases are generally considered final sale. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind.
However, final sale does not take away your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something isn't right with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
The Beauty of Handmade
Small variations in fabric, colour, texture, stitching, and reclaimed materials are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not automatically mean an item is defective.
Approved Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions. If a return is necessary because of our error or a defective product, return shipping responsibilities will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are generally final sale once delivered or accessed. If a file is faulty, incorrect, or materially misrepresented, please contact us for assistance. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch. We will investigate the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
