Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Because our products are handmade and one of a kind, preparation times may vary.
**Shipping Locations and Delivery**
We currently ship physical products within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
**Tracking and Packaging**
Tracking information is provided when available with the shipping service used. We aim to package orders carefully and reuse suitable packaging materials whenever practical.
