I've been watching this whole tariff trade-war situation, and sometimes it feels like exactly that — a war of words. You do this, we'll do that. You charge us, we'll charge you. Everybody is negotiating, protecting, threatening, reacting and trying to figure out who has leverage. Meanwhile, regula
